Success
· Success has got no defined limits.
You can draw a comparison from the stars that have been receding from each other since time indefinite. The moment one stops it is lost into the world of oblivion.
· Success is a measurable experience which if not regularly measured along set benchmarks is bound to pave way for an awaiting failure.
· The persistence of success is more difficult than its achievement because it requires redefinition of standards after each milestone.
· Success is as an elusive, invincible experience that is opium to achievers and fantasy to losers. It is like a vintage wine that can never quench your thirst but make you thirstier.
Successful People
Successful people prefer to smile rather than laugh.
Smile is an act of prudence. It is difficult to smile and control a glorious laughter which can take you for a ride. Laughter drives away the intensity and the seriousness from a person.
It is this very quality that makes them sought after.
Feeling of excitement and enthusiasm are signals of success however the expression of such feelings vents the valuable energy and debilitates the forthcoming success.
It's really difficult to contain the feel of being successful.
Laughter, excitement, fuss, nervousness, zeal etc are the general human psychological phenomena. These are actually a result of various activities which release these emotions which are natural, however we all can maneuver them as and when required. In this way we can make the best out of such emotions.
For example bursting into a glorious laughter after understanding a joke can make you feel happy. But laughter is contagious to oneself as one can become a victim for always being in pursuit of happiness. This gradually starts driving you away from accepting any form of distress, sorrow or griefs thereby making you live in a fool's paradise. There is an age old saying that goes like this "Life consists of eating's and beatings of which the beatings dominate over eating's". A good number of aimless people are prone to become part of such entertainment.
Similarly a person who expresses his excitement and grief every now and then will always score low in emotional intelligence. Any feeling has to be manipulated to the best of its use. For example feeling of excitement can be optimally utilized by setting more high end goals rather than being carried away to end up doing futile celebrations. In the same way a grieved person should spend time in motivating himself to recover from that feeling in order to get ready for more productive work. In this way one can overcome the perils of one's feelings for more productive output."A person who is driven by good or bad emotions scores low on emotional intelligence however people who drive the emotions are successful ".
